We have developed a unique system to survey all aspects of each vertical transportation installation.
The survey is conducted by a fully qualified engineer and can be customised to cover a basic report, including a visual inspection to establish the overall condition of the installation; a full survey which follows up the basic report with surveys and recommendations; a client report, which adds an explanatory commentary to the full survey; and a strategic report which expands the client report with modernisation proposals, building strategy and full recommendations (including budgets).
We also offer due diligence surveys, where we carefully assess any prospective projects to inform clients of the potential financial risk before they commit to tender.
